"Nazel cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified"
Solution
- 1. Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security
- 2. Scroll down to find the message about Nazel
- 3. Click "Open Anyway"
- 4. Alternatively, right-click the app and select "Open"
Problem
Extension buttons don't show up on web pages
Solution
- 1. Ensure Nazel is installed and running
- 2. For Safari: Check Safari Preferences > Extensions and ensure Nazel extension is enabled
- 3. For Chrome: Verify the extension is loaded in chrome://extensions
- 4. Refresh the webpage after enabling the extension
